Looking for another Yamaha Grizzly 600

I am going to move my 15yr old son up from his Bruin 350 to the 600 and then put my 14 yr old son on the Bruin 350.
This way we all have 4x4 quads.

I might have one online that I am going to look at tomorrow. $1500 for a functioning 4x4 quad.

I will let you know if I grab it and then post the repair photos.

Yes it is fairly local.

Possible wet clutch work needed but engine runs great supposedly.

I can handle some minor transmission work, plus if it is a good candidate I may do the big bore kit on it and bump the bore size so I go from 600cc to 686cc.

Could be fun.

Sounds like a good price. We have a grizzly at work. Its new. 700cc I believe.

I use a polaris ranger quite a bit. The maintenance guys turned it over a couple weeks ago on an icy road. No damage at all. One sprained ankle.

they just go and go and when you do need to work on them they are a single cylinder so it makes it easy to work on. (Not that I have had to do anything since mine but one day I MAY need to.)

This is going to be an all Yamaha house soon and that means way less wrench work.

Good decision, and good luck in your search. Grizz 600s are kind of hard to come by I noticed. Great machines though.

I have to agree, Yamaha is quality stuff. I have a '05 Kodiak 450 that I use for plowing snow mostly. Never lets me down, always starts right up.

Post some pics if/when ya get one!
