Chain or sprocket "slapping"?

Got my new rear tire all hooked up finally. Tightened the chain back up but now when I first get on the throttle and let off real quick it sounds like the chain is slapping on the metal somewhere or the front sprocket is loose (or something like that). Ran out of time to take off the front cover and look. Chain is lubed and taunt.

Any ideas?

Savage,
Check the chain guides/Black rubber pieces on your swingarm, they wear out really fast on these bikes??..

Possible. Could of just been a coincidence that it happened right after I slipped the chain back on. The guide is more or a rubber then a hard piece of nylon.

Wonder if a Honda (or whatever else) nylon swingarm slider would fit?
Have you tried?
