Let it sit for a while full of fluid. Sometimes gravity will help out and then you will be able to bleed the air out.

Othersie get a big syringe and a short piece of hose and suck the brake fluid through the bleeder valve.

instead of syringe

I've used a spray bottle to bleed brakes before. Take the sprayer thing out and attatch a vacuum line to it. Then loosen up the bleeder valve and attatch the hose. Pump away and you're done. Of course after tightening up the bleeder. I had an old Oldsmobile Delta 88 that I used this one and it worked great. Don't have to have someone in the car pumping like mad.
