Not sure if i should just swap the motor over to my other bike or just swap everything to this one.
-rear disc brakes
-wheels& tires
-smaller rear sprocket
-battery box
-rear plastics
- handle bars
- controls
-instument panel

The blue bike is quite a bit larger than the black one. I'm starting to like the idea of just a motor swap.

Just went for a quick ride down the road. I forgot how much these things vibrated. Are there any Write Ups on how to reduce this?

I'm subscribed. This sounds like a very fun project.

As far as vibes go it usually has alot to do with motor mounts. If you want to do an engine swap then take you time and match all the mounting points with the right/larger diameter bolts. You may need to drill the holes slightly.

The stock bolts/holes are pretty mismatched allowing the engine to move around some.

Then get some good grips.

If you are going this weekend then just make sure all the bolts are there and that they are tight.

part of the EGR setup, reduces NOx. mechanically u don t need it, but if u want rego it depends on ur state legislation.
if you don t use it, block the ports in cylinder and carbie.

It's designed to push a blast of air into the exhaust stream, which burns any unburned fuel to protect the catalytic coverter. It's only a benefit to remove the air injector if you also remove the cat. The cat is very restrictive, so removing it is a benefit.
