i have a 17/42 and low speeds pretty much suck on the trails but it just gives an excuse to to go faster. i did drop my bike last though cause i was trying to go slow and it stalled out. i broke the side cover. but if i need to climb a hill that is dirt i just rev the shit outta it and drop the clutch. i should take some video of the little hill i go over about 3 times a week by my house.

btw i can only get my bike to go about 65mph top speed. this seems a bit slow considering the gearing i have.

I have 15/46, 150cc, cruise at 30mph.
-------------------------------------------
That was before engine was broken in, and I was babying it. More like 75 to 80 Kph. I think that's 50?mph? Pinned is 90Kph wind makes huge difference. Same sprocket.

17/46

~7500rpm at 100kph. It will do about 110kph but its not fun.

My bike is a 2005 Lifan LF200GY-2. I'm 6'3" and weigh about 210lbs

My Viva VX200SX uses a 12T front sprocket and a 35T rear sprocket. I can cruise at 60mph at 7000rpm.
