I would guess the problem is a loose connection in the wiring boot behind the headlight.

All signals working properly now. Relay was bad but also had bad connection in wire harness, right under fuel tank. Orange / positive spliced together just like the green wires, not very good. Other than the very sticky electric tape they use to wrap wire harness, the rest of the wire harnesses could of been put together a little better.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. I've been down that road, and I know what a challenge it can be to sort out wiring trouble.
