HID lighting may not be out of the question!

I was reading a article over at adventure riders about a guy who is crossing china's countryside on a GY 200cc bike. He had an HID light setup installed and he posted the pics on how great it was.

the lit screen is a GPS unit.

I joined that site and am waiting activitation so that i can ask him where he got it, or if he can bring one back with him if at all possible.

We'll see, i will try to get more info on it for us.

well damn man.. i hadn't realized that you had already done this

do you happen to have access to the other headlight? we can make a deal ;-)

Did you rewire the light to run off battery and have a kill switch? i think that you would have to with the way the factory setup runs the 35 watt bulb now.

If you had any other info, it would be Awesome man.

beemerboy is riding the same bike as me, qingqi, i've talked with him a little, and he bought the hid at a local china shop (for qingqi mc's i believe)
