FRAME ENDED UP BEING SENT AND I REPLACED IT.no further issues, it is a great bike

Chris, I assure you that I'm not taking their side when I ask these questions:

What made the frame crack? Was it general use, taking jumps or perhaps even a traffic accident?

The reason I ask these questions is that you'll need to be very clear about the cause if you intend to pursue this issue. A warranty normally covers defects in materials and workmanship, not necessarily rough riding. We're all aware that China bike frames aren't designed for aggressive use, but they're great for light trail riding and commuter use. Did they ask you similar questions?
