Help - GY200 Gearbox Exploded Diagram - Urgent!

Had a bearing collapse in the gearbox, got it all stripped, replacement bearing bought and at the ready then disaster - just about to start reassembly n dropped the shaft and all the gears on the floor!

Got all the bits but could do with an exploded diagram to ensure I get all the spacers/washers/gear clusters etc in the right order.

Please help someone...... :(

TRY looking at www.bikebandit.com for a Honda XR200. I think this is the engine the Hondoids were cloned from. The microfiche drawings may be detailed enough to help you out.

Cheers for that - I'm looking a BikeBandit but cannot see the microfiche you mention?

Have searched XR200 on the site but just 8 results of unavailable unknown bits?

Thanks FastDoc but having looked at the schematic diagram I think mine is different to that?

Maybe I'm wrong - any ideas anyone?

Humanbeing says that the CG125 isn't exactly the same, because it lacks the electric start. I don't have a link to an identical fiche.

'93 (JP made) CG125 is 4 gear & w/o electric start. '04 (CN made) CG www.honda-sundiro.com/images/se/SDH125-A.pdf are more similar
