Trade for smaller tires/ rims .....pics added....

So I'm in the process of fabing an adjustable link to lower the dual sport and didn't know if anyone had some smaller tires/rims they might be willing to trade with me. I've got the typical 18 rear and 21 front. My rear has a drum brake. I'm not sure this is even doable but I thought I read somewhere that the motad comes with 17" rims. Let me know what you guys think or if your interested. Mine are pretty much brand new with only 85 miles on them.

Are Shineray and Qlink the same thing, two different brandings? I wonder if our wheels would interchange. I have a 2009 Qlink XF200, 17" motard wheels.

Not sure but can you post some pics of your bike? If you do a search for shineray, you'll see pictures of mine which will give you an idea of whiter there like yours.

I don't think they're interchangeable.

If I'm not mistaken Q-Link Dual Sport & Motard bikes are made by Zongshen.

The ShineRay bikes I have seen are made by SkyTeam, {who is still in business} I'm not sure whose engine ShineRay uses though.

There is still a SkyTeam Distributor in Canada. Their ST150 that is the same as a UM DTF150 holds a 19" front wheel & a 16" rear wheel. I think both wheels have disc brakes.

The Q Link Ranger was identical to the Zongshen 200GY that Spud and others are running. The current Q 200's are different.

Please post photographs of both sides of your front wheel. We will then be able to tell if a Zongshen 200GY-2, front wheel will fit your Shineray motorcycle.

The old, QLink X-Ranger is identical to the Zongshen 200GY-2; both employ clones of the Yamaha, TW200 engine. The QLink XF200 and XP200 employ copies of the Suzuki DR200SE engine, Bruce.

I would bet that Lifan GS200 sport bike tires would fit.
