Brand new Gio Mini Beast does not start

Hello, I buy a mini beast and once assembled, when i try to start it.. Nothing..no noise from starter. I put the switch to on, the key to On .. nothing happens. The lights work but nothing more.. the battery is ok. I try to change the fuse ... but nothing more ... have you ever had problems like this? ..Perhaps I missed something when I unpacked
...? it looks like a starter relay problem ... Please, I await your reply. Thank you.

Not sure about this model, I know with my T3 I have to hold the front brake lever on to get it to turn over.

Don't - it's the easiest fix there is - holding the brake on.
