Performance Exhaust Broke

I bought a performance exhaust from giovanni two weeks ago as my old exhaust broke at the joint. When I was riding my atv a couple of days ago, the performance exhaust snapped off again, at the same exact place where my old muffler broke. John wants to charge me $15 extra for replacing this so called 'performance' exhaust.........

Here are a couple of pictures.

Bummer. Was your old exhaust a dual as well?

Yes, previous exhaust was a dual exhaust aswell. Not sure how it managed to break off again, but whatever, I'll just put a tin can over the exhaust. Will a pop can do?

Yes...there were brackets holding them in place. The stock brackets did not fit properly so I had to make my own by taking metal ties and wrapping them to the frame. There still holding the current exhaust system in place..and have not fallen off yet.

It needs a secure bracket right there at that T or some sort of flex joint.

That exhuast is flexing/moving somehow.
