New to the gang!
Hi all! Pretty excited I found this forum, because I don't have any info on the bike I just got, and there seems to be some great people on here that help out! I just picked a
Wildfire WFG-200LDB for $50 from a yard sale that only has 700 miles on it!!Looks like it has been sitting for some time, but the carb looks great and seems like it just needs some TLC. Problem is, I can't find anything on these bike! No user manuals, repair guides, nothing. Here's what I need to know, and hope someone can help out: What spark plug it takes, What spark plug wire it takes...where that wire goes , what size battery... and where that battery goes (pretty sure the bracket has been broke), What type of oil is recommended, any info on user manuals or repair guides, and a wire schematic maybe? A couple wires have been cut, and I would like to know what they are for without stripping all the wire harnesses back. Lastly, any info on interchangeable parts with other manufactures would be great! Sorry if this has been covered, but everything I searched for was from 2008-2010 and all the sites are now closed that were used as references. Thanks in advance for all the help...pretty excited to get this thing up and running with little cost...hopefully

I believe that bike is actually a Kinroad XT200GY. Wildfire was a private label out of Ohio but i believe they are defunct....

Welcome!
We can likely help you get your bike running. You've already found the best resource for a China bike; this forum. For starters, do you have an ignition coil? Do you have a welder, or know a sympathetic welder? Most of use 15W40 oil that is normally intended for diesel engines (like Rotella). It works great, and it's cheap at Walmart. Please show us pics!

Welcome!
From what I found in searched threads... your Wildfire is a "GY2 standard variant china bike. Honda based engine and drive system." Probably very similar to my Kinroad XT200GY (except probably w/o the couter-bal engine). Oil... RotellaT 15w-40 "diesel" oil. Works great! Spark plug... NGK DR8EA Spark plug wire goes from plug up to coil mounted under the gas tank on the right side. Battery: I bought one of these...(STX7A-BS Powersports Battery - Replaces: YTX7A-BS, GTX7A-BS, PTX7A-BS, UTX7A) on fleabay... works great Battery Holder: is under left rear plastic cover... black box bolted to the frame. Can see it peaking out in pics in my thread. Check out my Kinroad link in my signature... to see my bike... with pics. And here are some threads to read about the Wildfire: http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=8227 http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=8829 http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/sh...ildfire-Moters Cheers!

You guys a freaking awesome! Found out I don't have a coil pack, but with the info everyone has given me I think I should be able to find the right one unless anyone has suggestions. Thanks for all the part numbers! Going to make it way easier to get everything I need! After ripping into a little more it looks like the last guy was trying to make it a straight dirt bike. Cut wires here and there, removed the bracket for the battery, etc. I do have a welder so I'm definitely going to be making some custom adjustments

Haha thanks spud! So I can end up using parts off the Kinroad xt200gy? I already found an ignition coil if that's the case.

If you have the original 15t / 56t sprockets, you will likely want to consider changing them, at least the front as it is cheap and easy..17/46 below
