I'm thinking, if your bike warms up, it also runs a bit richer than cold.

If you jetted the bike too rich, it could die when warmed up.

Though more likely it's a pinched or kinked fuel line.

You want a Japanese small bike? You're about a decade too late.
All their beginner bikes of 250cc now are 300cc and Kawasaki recently upped the 400cc to 500 (450 actually, but they call it a 500)....

This due to some of the...

I would've just swapped to a 428 chain setup.
A 520 seems a bit heavy for that bike, and would definitely eat a single digit HP.

At first I just unplugged it.
However, it's still blocking exhaust flow by 10-15% even with just 2 or 3 turns in.

So I totally removed it, and plugged the hole with an M12 x 1.25 (standard M12...

I capped off the O2 sensor hole with a M12 x 1.25 bolt.

I'm running the Xpect with the O2 sensor unplugged.
The engine definitely increased in torque, which also increased vibrations slightly, and definitely will lower mpg.

The exhaust smell smells...

490lbs sounds great to you?
The CFMoto 450 nk weighs only 385, 365 with some weight saving mods. I'm sure some cases don't add 100lbs of weight to it

Not sure why the hawk won't be a good bike.
I got the Lifan Xpect 200, but never use it for the trails. It rides nice and plush for the road, but it's a bit heavier than the hawk.
