Oh thoese wacky Chinese, what were they thinking

Just picked up my Viva VX200S and was a little shocked at the color of the rims. Is it just me or does this look like something you would see in a circus?
I think I may have to go find one of those big red clown noses to go riding

hey, at least it doesnt have camo tires haha

i think the colored rims look cool, but you have to match the bike to the rims.. which they dont.. haha

just think at minimum you can always do what me and ambassador did and just paint the bike a different color. that way its exactly how you'd like it, plus it only costs about 40 bux for the paint and BS&T to do.... (blood, sweat and tears)

have fun assembling your bike, leave no bolt unloctited, and make sure to double check everything, lube your cables, gap your plug, change your oil, rinse out your tank and correctly charge your battery!

Hey!

Those look like anodized aluminum rims! Mine are steel, I bet they weigh half of what mine do. A little flat black and they would match right up.

In Viva's defense, they do state that the rims come in the color of the bike according to availability. I guess that in your case, they were available.

Polygon, I think on the Viva site or on Ebay, the seller had an information overlay on the photos that pointed to the various parts of the bike and the features of that part. The wheels are listed as being aluminum.

Hey,

I think we may be on to something here maybe if I dress up like this and put some of those plastic hub caps that keep spinning when you stop I may just end up being the perfect chick magnet

Aw, you're gonna keep your bike dirty enough that the rims'll match anyway, right?
