FINALLY took the plunge...

I ordered a Viva 200GY on Friday from www.dirtbikeswholesale.com I haven't heard much about these bikes, other than Fashby's comments, but I couldn't beat the price! Keeping my fingers crossed that this bike works out. We don't have many dealers here in Montana. Spring is finally here & I couldn't wait any longer!

Doesn't this come with the OHC engine?

BTW I couldn't get the link to work

Glad you're riding!

Congratulations on your bike purchase. There are several members here who have Vivas and are happy with them. I don't know what part of Montana you are from, but your elevation may be high enough to require a slight carb adjustment (see Tech Info section) as these bikes seem to be set up at the factory for operation at lower elevations.

We have two vivas that we got last december. We have about 1300km on them and they are running great. We are happy with ours, they have OHV engines. We had one speedo cable brake but just replaced it with the universal from jc whitney. We also put 45 teeth rear sprockets instead of the 56 that came with them. Got the sprokets at bike bandit. Now we cruise on the highway or off road here on the big island of hawaii and have lots of fun. We go from sea level to 4100 feet elevation regularly and never had to adjust our carbuerators. So have fun.

What's the difference between the Viva 200 and the Lifan 200 engine?

Thanks

Hey, guys, thanks for all your support. I'm sure I'll be on here more once the bike gets here. Lots of good info on this site...and lots of good people!

I fixed the link...nothing like leaving out an entire part of the URL...too excited, I guess.

The hardest part is the waiting!
