Gio 250cc - How to adjust clutch?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to adjust the clutch cable on a Gio 250cc dirt bike?? Thanks

Adjust you lever adjustment all the way in towards the middle of your handle bars, you should have a lot of lever travel now without actually feeling tension.

You want that play in the clutch lever to be at about a 1/4 inch when you pull it till you feel tension, so screw the adjustment screws out until you acheive this.

The adjustment on the engine for the clutch linkage may be needed also.

Im not positive because its been a while but I think thats how you do it.
