Sorry that mine were 30mm. Have you talked to Bruce at EJcycles? Kato has his phone #. Give "Im easy" a pm too. If they can't help, ask them who might help?

Ask them to measure for 33mm fitment. Also count and measure the threads. The correct size is important but the cap has to screw in, #threads/ inch?

I would give one of those a try.

I successfully JB weld my oil screen cap. No leaks and it has been a week.

I JB'd a valve cap, not as badly mashed as 08obpwrx's. My cap's rubber O rings were shot and the caps was over tightened to compensate for the flattened o rings. When I got my new caps I got new rings. When I tightened them I didn't over wrench them. The caps are thinner than I thought, the metal is SOFT. Valves must be checked through out the life of the bike, so... Let the rubber ring make the seal to the motor, I won't over tighten mine. That's not to say that when you get a bike, the last guy didn't over tighten them. Good luck, 08obpwrx.

you might try a hydralic supply store, or napa auto parts. I bet if napa dosent have it they can order it.

you also said the bike just sputters? I do not think the cap will cause this. recheck your tappets fuel ect.

Must be over tightening. All that is needed is a snug fit. I gave mine alittle too much and cracked it.

Also with the JB weld you need to clean the part really well and then give it some time to harden. Even with the JB kwik the longer you wait the better.
