oil change

I have had my china bike for about a half year when should i change the oil. I dont ride every day just a couple times a week. 125cc lifan motor 4 stroke. what grade oil do i use? 8)

I would change it now. Even though you only ride a few days a month it is better to change it often. Maybe once a month.

I believe those engines hold less than a quart of oil. The shell rotella 15w40 would be okay. Any 4 stroke motorcycle oil. 10w40 should be fine too.

SAE 30wt oil is okay. Look on the label for a a circle that says "energy conserving". If you see that put that one back on the shelf. You don't want that.
