Venom efi Superbike sold for a different price on Amazon

You can buy the venom Superbike under hawks name on Amazon for 2599 then 399 for shipping but it says its an offroad bike and can't be sold to California (at least the ones I saw said that) Maybe the extra price on venom is them getting it legal for sale to California?

I wouldn't trust all the statements from these dealers. Even Venom claiming 90 MPH on their bikes (or 60 MPH on their 125cc Ninja-like bike like we discussed a few years ago). I mean, I WOULD trust Venom on them stating 50 state legal, and buying a bike from THEM, but the Amazon dealer I would hesitate to order from as it sounds like they can't get their act together enough to sell a street bike as a 'legal' bike. Too many disclaimers, in other words.

The 250cc Ninjas could Do The Ton. However, they were twin cylinder powered.
