Need some help installing oil cooler on my xpect

I got an oil cooler for my xpect on aliedxpres.
I got it on the bike and it dose not seem to be pushiong oil through the lines I pre filled everything the best I could. the bottom line that feeds the oil acts like it don't have enough pressure to over come the first loop in the line to get oil to the cooler from the bike. oil will only flow if I drop the line below the bike. on the pice that gose on the bike for the lines to attach to there are 2 different sized holes could this be my issue the bigger hole is currently on the bottom.

Do you have the rubber seal installed in the end of the adapter?

Things I tried....

I never got mine to flow. At first it was probably because I left the gasket off, thinking it was just a protection for shipping. Then, I think it was because I couldn't tighten the adaptor down all the way (so that gasket seats) and still be able to hook up the lines. When tightened all the way in the top port in the adaptor was clockwise from the top center...no way to hook up the top line.

I am thinking if I were to try again (probably not), I would get some thin washers or an o-ring to make it so I can shim out the adaptor and get the right port position (ports one above the other vertically) when it is tightened down all the way.

Anyway, try switching the hoses around. I have seen them both ways in posts. Maybe that is it?

Also, in a post from the Philippines they were very particular where they thought the position of the pick-up port on the inside of the adaptor was. No idea how they decided what the right position was, or even if it really makes a difference.

I gave up. I am going to use a small radiator fan with a switch. Sort of like the Harley folks use. Will only need to switch it on in the summer.

Bottom hole oil out, run it to right side of the cooler. Top hole is oil in, in this line I attached the filter. The lines are not under pressure. It's a suction system not pressure. The big washers go on cooler and small ones to the adapter. Filled it with syringe, ran it at fast idle for 10 minutes, then around the neighborhood for quick two spins. Checked for leaks and temp check on cooler it was warm. Next took it on the street, ran it for 30 minutes. It has now been on bike for 1400 miles with no leaks. Maybe inject oil in the hoses as well, once the oil gets warm enough the suction from the oil pump will get it through and its done. No need to worry about on oil changes it stays together and primed as long as the hoses are sealed. I cleaned the filter screen one time and no debris at 2200 miles (went 800 miles on oil). Really happy with it, puts out a lot of heat exchange you can feel the hot air on your ankles. Pictures attached. Good Luck with it.
