That’s a fuel tampon ,they get dropped in a fuel tank and they pick up the water .

I can’t find the black ones ,but “the water eliminator “is a white version on the same thing .I had a few sea doos that came with the black ones you posted from the factory .

They have something in them that attracts the water and traps it inside .They work very well on diesel equipment in cold climates ,we had them in the arctic where you can’t mess with water at all ,they work good but probably no need for them in most dirt bike tanks .Boats and diesel equipment would be about it ,unless you live in a part of the world with really shitty fuel .
