Bashan Brozz 250 dual sport

Hello ya'll and thanks for having me here!
Just bought a Brozz 250 with 41.5 miles on it for $1,200 cash. Bought a differant brand PZ30 from flea bay that has phillips head screws on the bowl and the fluted style pilot jet so I could change it out as the factory carb had a barrel shaped one that nobody makes as ya'll already know. Any 4 hoot after many many different combo's in jets pilot and main as wall as vacume piston needle hight I finally have her at 3rd groove on needle 115 main and 38 pilot jet with the stock gearing I'm hitting 43mph in the top of 3rd gear and the bike performs fantastic Oh I am in Florida about 28 feet above sea level but I am still bogging down from time to time and if I crack it wide open from idel as well the plug is all ways reading lean WHITE And always has with every combo I have done, So there must be an vacume leak . Has anyone else had this issue and if so did you find the air leak???
any response would be great!!! I'm going to pull everything off this weekend to inspect the air box and snorkle for leaks all so anyone ever stiffen the rear shock? If so how did you get in there????
Thanks for any help and stay safe

Any 4 hoot I've been going out in Dover the past couple weekends to a place normally full of people hiking and walking dogs but sense the Corona BS it;s closed and I know 2 ways in and have been having fun there with the new bike

Up date
Up graded pilot jet to a #40 and now she has the same decent throttle response but will all so pull wheelies threw first gear but still running a little lean

All so did a cheap but ultra effective rear rack addition
I took the front rack off my old parts bike Kawasaki bayou 220 and simply ratchet strapped it to the rear strap rail over the rear fender and I have hauled my cooler full of 8 tall boys and 4 bottles of water and ice strapped down to the rack. I have jumped 3 to 4 foot up hit hills rocky and semi ruff trails for half a day and everything has stayed in place. really makes me like the little bike a lot more being able to get into places to go fishing and what not with the ability to carry supply's !!!!!

Brozz 250

Just ordered this new complete exhaust from flea bay really cheap right at
$100 shipped. I t seems these bike still struggle do to there restrictive intakes and exhaust systems even after all the carb and jetting up grades
I all so bought new off road nobby tiers for the Brozz sense I am hoping to make her a pretty snippy little off road runner in the sand and slick wet stuff
I still want her to be able to run 55 to and from the woods for 8 to 25 miles as well

It's amazing how much of a difference the exhaust makes. These clone bikes are all choked up pretty good with their stock systems.

Yes Sir
Amazing for sure with the re-jetting of the aftermarket carb the Honda cr230f exhaust and mild airbox mods it's a completely different bike. Tops out at 72mph now with stock gearing 17/46 pulls wheelies on demand in first gear only even without using the clutch but it's still only pushing 20 to 21hp so it's a dirt ripper for sure but not the equivalent of a Kawasaki KLX 250
But it is at this point less than half the price
