Who would be the best Dealer to purchase a Hawk 250 from?

To be frank they all are hit or miss from what I have read

.... I do think alot of the "bad" reviews are from people that expect an inexpensive Suzuki/honda/Kawi/yamaha that just works all the time........ and have little or no mechanical ability (or more importantly the willingness to try)

That's just not what you get with these bikes.... I think you have to expect to turn a wrench....

Thats why I want this bike is because I like to work on stiff and modify things. Its a cheap chinese bike so I wont expect it to be like a good Jap bike. Finding somebody honest to deal with is the only problem I see. Have not seen any positive reviews on very many.
