Uk newbie

Hi all
I have just bought a skygo 125 gy-6 enduro bike 08 model that has now got 24 miles on the clock .
Im from the UK and look forward to seeing if anyone else has one of these bikes.
I take my bike test on the 15 April and im not sure now if i should have waited and bought a bigger engined bike.
I know they do a 200 cc version but not sure if this would be a lot faster.
Are there any tuning mods for the bike i have??
Loook forward to your replies.
cheers

Welcome to the group. there are (were?) a few UK riders here, and a few European riders, with some from Sweden the most active contributors.

I don't think there are too many parts for these bikes for speed, no matter the engine size, and a 200cc would have been worth the wait, but you might as well make the most of your 125. Besides, you can always throw in a 200, without having to get a new bike.

Attach photos, or put some in the gallery.

Hi
Will a 200 fit straight in? if so what will the difference be in power?

Welcome, I've got a gy6 also, but I've got the 200cc version, and mine is lifan branded, but it is the same thing... I really like mine, you should post some pictures...

Hi hairdye

Welcome to ChinaRiders!!!
Yes the 200cc engine will have a lot more power and faster than the 125. It should bolt into the frame, but you will need to look at everything to make sure one will fit without any problems. Congrats on the new bike.
