Hello from north florida
 Just purchased Hawk 250 from RPS. Have researched this bike online, utube & in these forums. Delivery is tomorrow. Have new 17/45 sprockets coming & aftermarket cat free exaust. Will keep all posted with new mods & updates.

get a Mikuni and a cone air filter for it. be sure to change oil before you start breaking it in. also change fluid in fork tubes. the chinese fluids leave much to be desired. double check all bolts for tight while you're doing the build.

Don't forget to do the "Megadan" rear sprocket fix... a lot of failures happening lately (2016+ models)
