Mad Mini chopper

I have just gotten running a SUNL mini chopper with a little rewiring and fuse and battery. The chopper runs smooth but has very little power. It just bearly moves. Does anyone know whats wrong? I'm kinda leaning toward the centrifical clutch. Any help?

Are u sure there's a centrifugal clutch ? Clips from youtube suggests it's a manual clutch which chinese often ref as "70改50" *that 70 are based from CD70*
