Air box mod help!

I need some 1/4" welded wire mesh for an air box mod. I can't seem to find any small pieces for that mod. Motocheez did one on YouTube but he didn't say where is a good place to go for 1/4" wire mesh. Does anyone know where to buy some? I'm looking for just for a small piece to cover the air box hole. Unless someone has extra they don't need!

MI, the outdoor garden section of Home Depot of Lowe's will have what you're looking for. Sometimes you can find a small 2' x 2' square of it on a shelf somewhere instead of having to buy the entire roll. Some stores have it in the small sheets, others don't. You can also try an arts and crafts store like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. They're likely to have some small pieces, but you'll probably wind up paying the same price for an 'arts and crafts' size as you would for a roll from the big box store. Hope this helps.

Keep in mind MI that motocheeze added the wire mesh in do to having a problem with mice where he lives.

Any good hardware store. It was called "Hardware wire" for years. You only need to use it if you have mouse problems during the riding season. During the off season, moth balls will keep the mice out...ARH
