Tried to get some warranty parts to no avail. No answer phone calls. Didnt the online request also. That was a few weeks ago and nothing back yet.

The way i got through was I called amd chose the sales option. I kept calling until someone answered. If they try to get u to request online threaten with the bbb. May not get you anywhere but it seemed to get there attention for me.
