Terrific video! I laughed when I saw the guy driving the horse and carriage, while talking on a cell phone.

I'm thinking about a 2-day weekend trip tracing the same path (no freeway riding) through the best parts of So Cal, spending the night in Tecate for a fine Mexican dinner, and then returning north through the same area. It would be about 550 miles.

Any takers?

If I lived closer, I'd be in.

TT250 Baja Trip, do you feel vulnerable

I'm just curious. I read the specs for the 2018 TT250 and it states that the top speed for the bike is 60 mph. I was wondering if any of the riders on the trip feel vulnerable riding such a great distance on highways at a maximum of 60mph.
Nothing more un-nerving than being tailgated on the freeway by a large truck or other vehicle when you have no ability to keep up with the traffic flow, or accelerate out of dangers way!
The smallest displacement bike I ever rode was a 175cc 2 cycle Yamaha dual sport, and the largest was a 1000cc touring bike. I don't believe I could join your tour to Baja on a 60mph 24hp bike and feel safe in traffic and really enjoy the trip. Plus isn't boring covering large distances at such a slow speed?
