Registering china bike with PA DMV Help!!!

Sorry about my stupidity here but I need some help if your from PA your help will be all the better.

First thinking about buying DP-12 Speedo from powersportsmax.com sales in CA.

1. What is a MSO

2. What questions do I need to ask my DMV to register this bike.

3. it comes with lights, turn signals a liscense plate holder.

4. Powersportsmax.com says they can fix up MSO so I can title and register the bike.

MSO = Manufacturers Statement of Origin
Also known as -
MCO = Manufacturers Certificate of Origin

It is basically a temporary title verifying that the vehicle is new and not stolen.

Ask DMV if the MSO needs to be notarized (some states require this). PowersportsMax.com charges an extra $10 if you need the MSO notarized.

Ask DMV if a license plate light is required. The DB-P12 Speedee 200 does not have one, if required you will need to buy a lighted license plate frame (easiest fix) or adapt an automotive license plate light to the bike (not that hard). The DB-P12 Speedee 200 has everything else needed to be street legal.

Make sure to tell PowersportsMax.com to list the body type as "motorcycle", not "dirt bike". I just ordered my MSO from them today and they said everything I needed it to say was standard procedure for them. They just needed to know if it needed to be notarized.

I think I remember seeing a post about someone registering in PA. Try doing a search for "registration PA" or "registration Pennsylvania" or "title PA" or "title Pennsylvania", one of those should get you the specific information you need.

I would use an private auto tags business if you have that option. They are in business to make money and will overlook small things to get it registered.

I actually had a problem registering my Jetmoto last summer in AZ in Yuma! (this in a state that registers ATV's for the road!!) However, an inactive member ('eddyfx') told me about a place in Phoenix that registered the bike without having to bond the title as the Yuma MVD had demanded. They didn't even need to see the bike. It was easy, and only costs $10 over the cost of what I would have needed at the MVD, and without the 2 hour line...

I too have been looking at the Speedee. I called Powermax and was told that the MSO lists the manufacturer as "super mach". I am a little confused. For you owners of the Speedee, who was listed in the MSO as the manufacturer? I want to make sure I can register the bike in New Jersey before making a purchase. Our DMV has been very helpful in that they have told me to make a list of manufacturers and they could tell me yes or no to being registration capable for each company on the list.
