Don't do it! They have the worst reputation in the business except for SunL.

Improving?

Just my luck that I came across this thread AFTER I ordered! Anyway, I thought I'd take a moment to say "so far so good".

I ordered a 150sti POL ATV on Thanksgiving (11/22), they called the next day to verify that I did, indeed, order an ATV and to verify my address. Nice touch I think. They said my order would ship the following Monday. The trucking company called at 7:00am this morning (Thursday) to arrange delivery. They wanted to deliver it today, but I was already on my way to work, so I asked if it would be OK for me to pick it up at their terminal the next day. That'll will save me a day off work waiting for them. I would have got it today but I wasn't driving my truck.

The ATV is a gift for my son and I won't be unpacking it and putting it together until Christmas. I'll post again and let you know if everything goes well.

I don't know much about the ATV. Can anyone tell who the maker is from the company's description and photos?

I was going to recommend opening it up and at least checking for all the pieces before Christmas so that you don't have a dissappointed child on Christmas morning.

Been there.

I just go home with it. The crate seems to be in good shape. We're settling in for an ice storm that's due in tonight and early tomorrow. So I probably won't go take an inventory of the bits and pieces until Sunday. I hope it's all there! Sounds like I'm in for a rough time with these guys if I run into problems.

Hi rich_e

Didn't mean to ruin anything for you.
If you do need anything and they will not help you, I myself have access to Chinese ATV & Bike parts along with a few other Dealers on this Forum.

Another thing you can do is if you are missing any parts is when you call them mention you are a member of a popular web site that deals with chines bikes and dealer behaviors, maybe thay will help.

It best to find any missing parts ahead of time. Also that will give you a few weeks to get the parts in before Christmas and hopefully have a ready to ride atv on Christmas morning. (Gas sold separately. )

Thanks for all the tips.

I'm about 40 miles North of Topeka. Only about an hour and a half to KC.

Just ordered their LF200GY-5 last night. They sent shipping information along with tracking number so far, less than 24 hours after order. I'll give an update when it arrives.

I haven't even put my son's ATV together yet. Between work, trying to figure out where to hide it from him and the crappy weather here (we just got through a week long power outage due to an ice storm), I haven't had time to open the box. It's still in the back of my truck with a tarp over it. We'll just assemble it on Christmas day. I did buy some locktite though!
