Welcome; we are glad you joined us.

I'm sorry, but I don't know anywhere to buy Lifan vehicles in Idaho. I think there might be a chinabike dealer in Logan, Utah.

Thanks for asking, but I have never had the urge to ride to Sturgis. That's certainly a long ride from Idaho on a small motorcycle.

That's a better price than Extreme Scooters: http://www.extremescooters.biz/250cc...r-chopper.aspx A couple of forum members have had the Yingang / Dong Fang bobbers with seemingly good results.

Welcome to the forum.

Mountain Home is a nice place.

There used to be a CB dealer in Boise, but that was a while ago.

"Is Powersportsmax reputable?"

IIRC I bought my 2 CB's from them a few years ago and they were fine. No problems at all.

I am debating Sturgis next year. I have never been there during the event. I don't like drinking, noise, crowds, or violence, but I like scantily clad women so it's a balance...

im currently in a wheel chair thank you military so i was looking at a chopper so that i can have a retro bike that can hold the chair.

eventually when i get to idaho i will start building bikes from scratch again.

i restored a 1968 yamaha jg0 i think it was. it was in my family for 3 generations little 63cc 2 stroke.

and have built cars and done custom body work so figrued time to build what i want

You might want to join www.mychinamoto.com due to the huge thread on the Dong Fang bobbers. The rest of the site is actually very international with people and Chinese bikes from all over the world, but rather than here, on a North American centered site, the biggest thread there is under the 'street' section, almost all US based riders, discussing that particular bobber. Many of us are members there, but unless you are discussing the bobber, alot of the discussions are about bikes/brands we just don't get...
