please help questions on carbs

hi everyone im new here,,hope im in the right place..little history first i guess..a 2007 united motors 200cc dual sport bike was just given to me...it was locked up but i useized it,and thigs seem fine,,moves freely and the piston and rings look good..had a bunch of water in it, and so did the carb. theres no way to clean these carbs so i was needing to know..does anyone know what size carb goes on this bike? says on the old carb ( PD1 and another number below that 06k11..

i cant find any like that but i did find a (PD1) online.. but didnt know if the bolt up would be the same or not..ive read some other forums that any 30mm carb would work..can sumone help me on this...? im just more concernd about it bolting up and being the right size for this bike..thanks in advance ..
