I have a VM22 carb on my Hellcat also.

I've been running these settings for the past year:
main = #100
pilot = stock
A/F screw = 1 turn out
needle = top notch (lowest needle setting) with washer

I still feel it's a little lean at idle/mid-range. I feel in addition to the #100 main (I drilled mine out)... I need to open my pilot just a hair too.

Rode it for 20+ miles today... runs good.

Cheers!
