TaoTao TForce Vibration Issue

I purchased a tForce ATV about 2 months ago for my son. I have just started opening the throttle more and I have notice that at a certain RPM, the ATV vibrates severely. I have checked the timing, checked the motor mounts, checked the exhaust and exhaust mount and I am not able to figure out what is causing the vibration. It happens when in neutral as well so you don't have to be moving to get the vibration. Also, if you rev the engine higher, the vibration lessens, it is only at a certain RPM that you get the severe vibration. The vibration is so much, it is difficult to hold onto the handlebars.

Has anyone experienced this, or is this normal with the China ATVs?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
