carb replacement on GIO X31 250cc

I've replaced the carb on my X31, she idles great but when i throttle up the bike starts to misfire and is way down on power. just wondering if theres just a couple more adjustments i need to make on the carb to make it run better or if theres something more than that.

What type of replacement carb did you get? Mikuni or Keihin clones?
What pilot and main jets are you using?
Answers will differ based on carb type.

Cheers!
