Doc, in the video link that was posted above, you can see how the bike turns with the truck. You'll also notice that the bars were tied to the rear subframe, preventing the bike steering neck from turning.
As you're aware, the bike's natural tendency is to lean into the turns. By engineering a swivel point into the device and locking the bars, you turn the bike into a trailer. It will remain upright at all times.
