Konker field trip... Sorry, no pics :(

Hey guys!
Was at my sisters and brother in laws for Dads day dinner and festivities this afternoon. My brother in law had a bunch of trails cut through the acerage with one of those monster brush cutters so he took his quad and I took the Konker through the trails. I was impressed! That little Konker is a mountain goat! Some parts of the trails were very (very!) steep and covered with loose mulch and branches from the cutter. The Konker walked through it like nothing and kept right up with the Grizzly quad. Awesome trails and a good ride. The low gearing and light weight of the Konker made it a blast 8). If I tried the same trails on the KLR I am pretty sure I would have been getting Gil to help me pick it up once or twice. Too bad for no pics but I didn't have a camera and it was a pretty short ride. I am jealous of the trails though! Nice to live on an acerage.

Cheers,
Stew

It's pretty cool that you can still visit the Konker.

Awesome! You're making me want to go riding.

No pics is totally unacceptable though.

Can you at least draw a trail map? We need pics!

They are fine little machines. I find that their narrowness is an asset on the technical stuff too.

I agree that the gearing is as good as it can be for it's engine and dual sport mission. A 6 speed of course would be better but it works well right out of the box.

Enjoy!
