jets for a lifan 200 gy dual sport

I heard that even if you adjust the carb needle you will still run lean at full throttle. Can you buy jets for these? or what can you do to modify the jet already there.I would like to have this engine running for a while thanks

Sudco has the jets we need here for the PZ27 on the Roketa: http://www.sudco.com/keihin_mj.html#393

We need type 99101-393-xxx, so 2 jets up would be a 99101-393-112 (019-183).

Not sure on the Lifan, but my guess is they are the same. Or, do what I did. Get yourself a set of torch tip cleaners (like little round files) and ream that bad boy out. I went two sizes over and it is just about right. Could have gone 3 and still had good performance and no more white spark plug!!!

Hunter, Red2003

There is a Main jet picture in my Gallery with all of it's measurements. I have these jets {Keihin Large Round} in stock in various sizes from 90 up. Keihin makes about 10 different main jet sizes in the round style.

Hi Guys

Jets range anywhere from $3.50 to $7.00 a piece. It depends on the size/diameter of the round jets or if they are hex and the length of the hex. Keihin & Mikuni both use round & hex styled main jets. You will need to open your carburetor to find out what kind main jet you have.
