Anyone know what this is? Is it for real? Scam?

http://kpr.craigslist.org/mcy/1246691533.html

I'm not interested in getting it but I've never seen such a thing. I'm assuming it's Chinese.

It is a X-18 Pocket bike. It really is called a Mid-Bike though.

It is Similiar in Size to My Honda trail 70 Clone. You can get a MSO for them through several Dealers and most of the time that is all it needs to get it Street legal. They Come with Everything but Highbeams I think as far as lights go..

They are mostly 110cc bike but I have seen people shoe horn the lifan 200cc engine into the x-18 frame.

Their are several of them running around St Louis in the Summer.
they are about the size of a 50cc moped.

You can get them in either a manual....Semi auto or full auto.

They come with a brake light. At least the ones my local dealer sells does.

They are ok to ride but they hurt your back after a whileif your a big guy.

Its very easy to hit top speeds over 55mph with these especially with a regear.

Theres a Forum for them. midbikenation.com I think it is.

Really no different than riding a CT70 on the street. You can tag them.

It is about the same size but the seating position is what makes the ct70 such a much better ride than the x-18 and x-19 bikes.

i ride a gy110 lifan ,i cant tell you how, but the little pocket bike is much MUCH faster and much MUCH smaller my lifan runs out of steam at 40 mph. i dont have a tach but i cant be sure if its going to explode or implode its turns so hard. these pocket bikes are scarey , i wouldnt think of riding one on the road unless it was a track. i would suggest if you get a chance to ride one but i dont think anybody should tag it you might as well sit with crossed legs in the middle of the road and hope everybody sees you its a safety thing they dont see motorcycles anyhow and i dont want to see anyone hurt especially my friends here
