Local ads: Templar M or Hawk DLX

You can tell it is close to the end of the season in NoDak. Which one would you pick?

2022 Templar M, $1000 OBO. 6000 miles
Hawk DLX, $1300 OBO. 1200 miles. Bags, 2 sets of tires (Knobbies and 50/50s), new chain

How much more heavily built is the Templar M frame? It should have a true 249.9 motor. 5 speed (too bad not a 6 sp)
DLX has EFI, farkle, ECU can be programmed. 229 motor, 5 speed

Thoughts?

I vote Templar. I like the true 250 and counterbalanced motor. You wouldn't go wrong with the DLX though.

too many miles on the templar for that price. they are brand new for not even twice as much with zero miles and you know how beat up it will be because you will do the beating. that one with 6000 miles could have been rode hard and be ready to die. but...those templars are nice! still...1000 bucks for something with 6000 miles seems too much. make them an offer of half the price of a new one.

power sports max has the M for 1799 right now. new. and assembled.

Only the 6 spd CB250 is counter-balanced. I'd still go for the Templar unless I planned on riding mostly street and only the occasional trail riding.
