Pentora 250 UT

I'm new to this forum and don't know really how to use it but decided to try it out. Here goes: does anyone know if the Pentora 250 UT uses an AC or DC CDI? I've called the place where I bought it from but they tell me "give me your phone number and a technician will call you back." Click. Called twice, last time was day before yesterday. Hopefully someone here knows.

Easy way to check is that a DC CDI will have power when the ignition switch is turned on. AC CDI only gets power when the engine is running.

Would having a battery or not also be a way to tell? IE battery = DC CDI, no battery = AC CDI.
