Nibbi Carb manifold not lining up

Hello all,

Been a long time, but Taowulf is still chugging along. I have an interesting quandary regarding the carb, and I need advice/direction on what to purchase/do to fix it:

The manifold attaching the carb to the engine does not like up properly with its respective hole (pic related). Is there a different part I could buy that lines up better for the engine? Bike is a 2021 TBR7. Thank you in advance for your time.

When I was typing out the post, the thought had crossed miy mind to ask if I shoukd do just that. I figured it'd never be something so easy.

might want to check your intake valve lash...its looking a bit black behind the valve.

there are plenty of thorough guides on how to valve lash a CG OHV engine.

but if as you say you've tried multiple times then you're probably on the right track... cold engine. TDC on compression and a feeler gauge to you preferential gaps...

I'm just going off a glance down the intake runner it could be normal...Might even be over spray when the painted the fins...

You'll be dialing in the new Nibbi anyway so it may or may not clear up.

If its not backfiring back through the carb then I wouldn't be overly concerned.
