Venom X22R Max Issues

Hopefully Herbie or Jerryhawk will have suggestions or a fix. Anything at this point lol. I may have an issue with the throttle body, throttle cable, intake valve. The bike is Erving on its own. It is now bogging when I twist the throttle. It never shot flames out of the exhaust until yesterday and and produced black smoke for a second. This all happened as I took a trip to the gas station. With in 5 min of the ride, it stuttered and shut off. Started it back up but as I completed ride to the GS up the street, it continued to stutter and would not let me accelerate. Here are the codes my ODB II is reading. Please someone assist if you can.

How long have you had the bike and how many miles are on it? I would first check the ground(s) to make sure they are tight and then check the MAP sensor to make sure it is seated properly and has no bent pins. Also make sure the battery connections are tight. One bad sensor/circuit can lead to a number of codes that other sensors rely on.

Not being familiar with the X22R, I don't know if there is an adjustment screw on the throttle body for bypass air or not that may need to be adjusted so you might want to see if there is one and if you can adjust it. I'd try one way and see if it helps/hurts and then the opposite way.

With in 5 minutes of the ride you say the problem happened. That’s the part thats bugging me. Long time setting with low fuel? Just washed the bike? in other words any chance water got too the fuel. One other thing my ‘22 Subaru Ascent had lots of crazy codes going on one time I got fuel and didn’t tighten the gas cap enough…just some thoughts

I’ve had the bike for 2 months it has 406 miles. I haven’t had any issues until yesterday. I check the bike bolts before every ride. I also use the ODB II reader once a week and got no codes until the bike started acting up yesterday. That’s when I ran the reader and the codes I got. It won’t run right, bogs on throttle acceleration. Because the air intake code is showing, I removed the air box and put on a cold filter. I also re-seated the tmap sensor as well as swapped to the OEM Tmap sensor to no avail.

The bike is full of gas. I never let it go past 3 quarters and I use 93 premium just like my R3. This is mind blowing. So far I’m getting answer of throttle valve but nothing has been confirmed. I’ve also had no experience with throttle valves.

I checked the cables once again and the sensor was not all the way connected. I missed it the first check. This through the bike for a loop. Once I reconnected, the bike went back to working perfectly lmao Smdh I was loosing my mind. Thank you to everyone assisting

When giving connectors a once over, I will disconnect, re-connect just to KNOW that it was done and to hear the satisfying "click" when the locking mechanism snaps into place. This will help to keep oxidation down by scraping the connectors. Also, add a smidge of dielectric grease with a toothpick to each pin.
