Sunny 150 trike 2011

Anyone know anything about these trikes. I am under the assumption Chinese bikes have improved much over the last years, so is a 2011 before that. Found one for sale barely used and would like to help a friend out making decision and don’t want to steer wrong. Haven’t found much info on this particular one so any info would be appreciated.
P.s. also wondering what people think of this type, two front wheels where the rear pivots off that. I really like the idea of three wheels for my friend, but it seems they are very few companies that make one like this. Maybe there are reasons for that? Thanks again for any help!
