New to mini moto and site

Hello everyone, just got a 2022 Icebear Fuerza last weekend.

I’ve looked over the bike a bit and already fixed some issues: loose clutch lever adjustment nuts, loose throttle cable, wiring behind headlight hanging down by triple tree, chain adjusters not set evenly. Those issues have been fixed.

I put fresh gas in, changed the oil and checked brake fluid

Things I plan on doing:
16t front sprocket

Here are my questions/what should I do (reliability):
How do you drain and service the GL-3 gear oil
What bolts should I replace, engine mounts
What bolts should I torque
What bolts should I thread lock
Can you change the jets in the stock carb
Suggestion on pod filter after air box delete
Best bolt on exhaust, no modification
Any idea on CDI box
