A PE24 will be good. Get a flanged one, to make the swap easier.

Here's the one I bought, that's currently on my 140cc

Yeah. I bought a couple of these for my 110s, but those never happened. I gave one to my neighbor for his kid's 125, and I used my second one for my 140. It does pretty good. it also comes with extra jets. Use the guide that comes with the carb to get a baseline of how to set it up.

Do you have a pic of your 140cc?

I have a 140cc and I'm also looking for a carburetor to get the most out of my experience. Do you have a pic of your bike?

I'm on the Apollo RFZ 140 Z40 Max Dirt Bike

I just bought a flanged PE28 to go on my 140 super moto. You will need a larger filter to go on it. I deleted the air box and installed a cone filter in the Apollo, but you'll want a foam filter for dirt. I just got what I could get the fastest. The PE24 will still work for you, and probably be better for dirt use. My Apollo is still a 125.
