4dg advance.. help

on my 169fmm i would like to advance flywheel of 4degrees.. i found only one producer in Us, joehenner..
problem: shipping to canary island is alway a problem..
-any other produce the flywheel key?
-how i could do it by my self ? starting from a bigger one and cutting it a few mm ?? (if yes.. please link it..)
- RELOCATE THE PICK UP?? may be with a plate.. just have to calculate how much is the movement to obtain 4 degrees..
