Brozz rear rack question on fitment

Anybody know if this would fit the Hawk?

Remove the rubber pads on the HAWK tail and below you will see four mounting bolts that go to the sub frame which are the rack attachment points. The TBR7 rack looks close to a fit but they want $79.00 for it. CSC makes a rack for the TT 250 that is really nice, but it retails for $89.00. Megadan has one on his HAWK. I liked it so much, I made my own version.

Unless I missed something, the Brozz has a different attachment method than those four bolts.

If I can make it home tonight before dark I'll post pictures of the Brozz mount and a Hawk.

It looks to me as if the part on the left in the picture might replace the silver grab rail on the hawk. Which would then provide the mounting points for the rack.
